The mountains are fresh, the lakes are romantic, and the cities rich in artistic and historical heritage are interesting, but the place where we all really want to go on summer vacation is the sea. The choice of destination for summer holidays is mainly based on the quality of the sea and the beach. Krašići in Boka Kotorska is a place that exactly corresponds to this image of a perfect vacation. Located just 12 km from Tivat airport in the bay of the same name, nestled at the foot of a hill, Krašići is a popular summer resort and excursion destination for both local residents and international visitors alike. All in search of their own "La dolce vita" vacation. We can also call it a sweet escape from reality, because it is one of the few dreamily charming places, which during the warm months can provide a peaceful haven and a relaxing natural environment.

 Considering that the coast of Krašić is 3 km long, and it is relatively easy to get around on foot, on a bicycle or with some motorized means, you will notice the difference between Old and New Krašić. In Stari Krašići, next to the coast, you can see the authenticity of the old stone houses, which were mostly fishermen's houses, while in the newer part, luxurious buildings of modern design prevail.

The view from Krašić is unique, considering that the Gulf of Tivat is the largest of all the internal bays of Boko Kotor, and not only because of that. The most beautiful view of the Krtolj or sacred archipelago, with as many as three islands (Miholjka pass or Island of flowers, Sveti Marko and Our Lady of Mercy), which other cities cannot boast of. These island Mediterranean medallions are full of stories and history (see Krtoli), especially Miholjska prevlaka, the center of the first bishopric of Zeta (founded in 1219 by Sveti i Sava).

The sea water of this bay is always warmer compared to other bathing spots because the depth is insignificant, especially towards Solili. The essential atmosphere in Krašići is on the beaches, beach bars or restaurant terraces. The summer heat is best beaten with cocktails, fresh aromas on a plate, or a healthy dose of ice cream.

If you plan to visit the hinterland of Krašić as well, for more rural vibes, hiking tours and the excursion "Smells and Tastes of Lustice" are available - where you will be delighted by the panoramic view from the top of the hill over the entire bay. If you prefer to stay by the coast, a trip to two large beaches in the open sea is unavoidable, which are only 10 minutes' drive from Krašić - "Plavi Horizonti" and "Žanjica".
