Biogradsko Jezero

Biogradska Gora National Park protects one of the last primeval forests in Europe, with trees over 500 years old towering above Biogradsko Lake. This glacial lake, nestled at 1,094 metres elevation, reflects the dense surrounding woodland in its still waters. The park offers well-marked hiking trails through ancient beech, maple, and elm forests, along with lakeside camping and fishing.
