In the amphitheater hotel Mediteran in Bečići, in the period from 04 to 07 May 2019, the third Future Tourism conference will be held. The Future Tourism conference, due to the reputation of the lecturers and the quality of the content, grows year by year and gains more and more importance. This is confirmed by the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sustainable Development, the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro, as well as the partnership involvement of Mediteran Hotel & Resort, which will host participants in its amphitheater during the 4 days of the conference. This year's conference is intended for both representatives of the tourism industry and the academic community. It is divided into two units, scientific and professional. As part of the scientific part (May 4 and 5), representatives of higher education institutions will present their works, while Dr. Juho Pesonen, head of research on E-Tourism at the University of Eastern Finland, will give lectures, prof. Dr. Sebastian Kaiser-Jovy, full professor at the University of Heilbronn and prof. Dr. Timo Becker, Macromedia University. As part of the professional part of the conference on May 6 and 7, the participants will be addressed by recognized experts in the field of tourism, hotel management and MICE industry who will talk about the ways in which digital technologies can be used to improve business, how to increase income and improve business. Education about MICE tourism has a special importance considering that this area, which is in constant expansion, is getting more and more interest. Conference participants will have the opportunity to hear representatives of companies such as: Booking.com, GuestJoy, Travelport, PHOBS, MICE Knowledge, T-Nest resort.
